Some players would see the PSVR 2 and its characteristics that make you dream of being usable on PC, but for the moment in any case, it remains in the realm of fantasy, as we explained to you here. So of course, once again, the answer is already known, but the curiosity is still there and we couldn’t help but test.
For this, nothing could be simpler, we connected the single cable of the PlayStation VR 2 to a USB Type-C connector on our PC. At that time, a small beep Windows is heard, a pang in the heart follows then… a notification explaining that the Display Port device which has just been connected is not compatible with our machine. New attempt on a laptop PC and there, the same beep, but another message indicating that the power supplied by the PC is not powerful enough. Infuriating. We push the vice to go to the side of the device manager to see if, at least, it appears as unrecognized. Nay, it is completely invisible to the PC. Too bad, we will have tried.
