One task that you have to face regularly is getting rid of baggage. Everyone has their own tactics for processing what moves us: writing in a diary, meditating, having a long-overdue conversation or simply going for a walk. Tidying up or rearranging our own four walls also has a clarifying effect on us and creates the opportunity to consider new perspectives.
