PUBG: Battlegrounds and New State, a collaboration with Dead by Daylight announced

In the midst of shooting games, one title stands out for its constant success, Dead by Daylight. The multiplayer horror game at gameplay asymmetric of Behavior Interactive has been a hit for more than six years and he will celebrate Halloween with another community, that of the players of PUBG.

Krafton just announced a collaboration with Behavior to provide Dead by Daylight content in PUBG: Battlegrounds and PUBG: New Statewith in particular cosmetic elements to disguise oneself as Killer for Halloween. Here’s what awaits players:

PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS x DEAD BY DAYLIGHT

  • Get ready for the hunt: From October 19 to December 7 on PC and from October 20 to December 8 on consoles, the collaboration with Dead by Daylight will offer PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS players a chance to acquire themed cosmetic items, including:
    • Suits (x4 sets);
    • Masks (x4);
    • Backpack Skins (x3);
    • Animal skin ;
    • Name plate.

  • Survive the hunt to earn event-exclusive rewards: The collaboration with Dead by Daylight allows players to experience the game’s iconic terrifying hide-and-seek. Four players, including one killer and three survivors, can participate in the event by accessing it through the in-game menu banner. The three survivors will have to use their wits and skills in order to avoid the killer using basic Dead by Daylight mechanics. Survivors will be able to throw objects to distract the killer and will need to repair generators around the map in order to power exit doors to escape. Players can earn rewards from October 21 through November 7 by completing the missions below:
    • Play Dead by Daylight once and get a Lone Survivor “Dwight Unknown” outfit code, which can be used in Dead by Daylight;
    • Play Dead by Daylight mode five times to earn a game-themed spray;
    • Accomplish 10 kills as a killer and receive the mask of “The Nurse” (character from Dead by Daylight).

NEW STATE MOBILE x DEAD BY DAYLIGHT

  • Killer costume for Halloween: During the collaboration, players will be able to obtain exclusive Dead by Daylight cosmetic items to add some horror to their Halloween costumes this year. Dead by Daylight-themed in-game items and collaboration crates will be available to all players from October 20 through November 23.
