PUBG: Battlegrounds, patch 17.1 launched on all platforms

PUBG: Battlegrounds continues to appeal to gamers, especially since its time in free-to-playand Krafton obviously does not give up on updates. The studio has just launched on computers and home consoles patch 17.1, which changes the map Sanhokbut this is obviously not the only novelty.

The players of PUBG: Battlegrounds can thus discover a new ranked season, a new assault rifle and a modification of the tactical equipment, everything is detailed here:

  • Sanhok in its original form As previously mentioned in the 2022 development plan, Sanhok returns to its original look, with the lobster-like Bootcamp building, Docks, Quarry, and the original jungle theme all returning to the map. Taking into account community feedback after the map update in 2020, the team decided to rework most of Sanhok, to bring it more in line with the original map, by removing the Loot Truck, the Decoy Grenade and the Jammer Pack.
  • New Ranked Season : Update 17.1 introduces a new Ranked Season, which means that all rewards obtained during Ranked Season 16 will be automatically added to players’ inventory at the start of Season 17. When this Season 17 is over and the server will enter maintenance, all rewards except parachute skin will be removed from inventory.
  • New weapon, ACE32 : A new 7.62mm weapon joins the game in the 17.1 update, which complements the current catalog of AR weapons, which currently contains more 5.56mm weapons rather than 7.62mm. The low recoil ACE32 will be easier to master than the Beryl M762. This new weapon will be available to players on all maps.
  • Tactical Gear Balancing : With Update 17.1, the Tactical Bag will no longer be able to receive Tactical Equipment (Drone, Ambulance Equipment, and Spotting Scope).

Update 17.1 is now available in PUBG: Battlegrounds on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Stadia. You can find cards NHP on Amazon.
