(CercleFinance.com) – The company BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds which it manages, declared to the AMF to have crossed downward, on December 11, 2023, the threshold of 5% of the capital of the Publicis company and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 4.96% of the capital and 4.51% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of the threshold results from an off-market sale of Publicis shares and a reduction in the number of Publicis shares held as collateral.
