(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared on May 18 to the AMF that it had crossed downwards, on May 17, 2023, the threshold of 5% of voting rights of Publicis Groupe and hold, on that date, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.14% of the capital and 4.87% of the voting rights of this company.
In addition, on May 19, 2023, the company BlackRock declared to the AMF that it had crossed downwards, on May 18, 2023, the threshold of 5% of the capital of the company Publicis Groupe and that it held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 4.99% of the capital and 4.72% of the voting rights of this company.
These threshold crossings result from a reduction in the number of Publicis Groupe shares held as collateral.
