(CercleFinance.com) – Parvus Asset Management Europe Limited, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, told the AMF that it crossed the 5% threshold on August 2, 2022 of the capital of Publicis Groupe and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 4.90% of the capital and 4.63% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing is the result of a sale of Publicis Groupe shares on the market.
