After 11 years of absence, Puss in Boots is back on the big screen and he is accompanied by a dog as shown in the trailer… Entitled The Last Quest, the sequel to the film derived from the Shrek saga is being released. directed by Joel Crawford, to whom we owe The Croods 2. The feature film from Dreamworks studios is written by Chris Miller, who directed the previous opus.
In this film, Puss in Boots discovers that his passion for adventure has cost him dearly: he has exhausted eight of his nine lives, he only has one left. The hero embarks on an epic adventure to the edge of the Black Forest to unearth the mythical Star of the Last Wish, the only one likely to restore his lost lives.
But when you only have one left, you have to know how to lay low, be careful and ask for help. This is how he turns to his former partner and best enemy of all time: the bewitching Kitty Pettes De Velours.
Potté and Kitty will be helped in their quest by Perro, a stray dog with a sharp tongue and an unalterable good mood. Together they will try to stay one step ahead of the fearsome Goldilocks and his Three Bears gang, a real mafia family, but also Little Jack Horner and the most ferocious bounty hunter in the area: The Big Bad Wolf. .
