(CercleFinance.com) – Quadient announces today that its board of directors has decided to approve the co-optation of Bpifrance Investissement, as an independent director of the board, an appointment effective since March 22.
He succeeds Sébastien Marotte, who wanted to devote himself fully to his professional duties. Bpifrance Investissement will be represented by Emmanuel Blot, investment director within the Mid & Large Cap division of Bpifrance.
Shareholders will be asked to ratify this co-optation of Bpifrance Investissement, as well as to renew its mandate, during the AGM on June 14. As a reminder, Bpifrance Participations crossed 8% of the capital of Quadient on November 27.
