(Boursier.com) — quadient has submitted its application for the pilot phase to start in January 2024, as part of the registration process by the tax authorities as a “Partner Dematerialization Platform” (PDP).

The pilot phase must be carried out with customers identified among the thousands of French companies using Quadient solutions, to prepare for the implementation of the law on the dematerialization of invoices coming into force in the summer of 2024. Quadient is therefore positioning itself as a trusted partner to support the digitalization of companies, and is also finalizing its application for registration as a PDP to offer a secure and integrated solution with their existing management and invoicing tools.

Dematerialization platforms will be an essential link in the electronic transmission of business-to-business (B2B) invoices and business data to the French administration from July 2024. Those that will be recognized by the Direction Générale des Finances Publiques (DGFiP), following an official registration procedure, will ensure the security and integrity of invoices by managing their transmission between suppliers and their customers, and will make it possible to extract tax data for electronic transmission to the French administration.

Remember that Quadient has been supporting companies of all sizes for many years in the automation and dematerialization of their customer and supplier invoices, and remains committed to supporting them in their transition towards compliance with the new regulations.
