(AOF) – Quadient has announced the integration of its Intelligent Communication Automation platform with Microsoft Azure AI, a portfolio of artificial intelligence (AI) services. “Integrating generative AI into Quadient’s cloud platform will further help transform the way organizations engage with their customers,” says the logistics hardware and mail processing company.
Leveraging Microsoft Azure AI, including Azure OpenAI Service, Quadient’s software solutions will enable customers to benefit from enhanced functionality that ranges from measuring content readability, similarity and sentiment, to generating contextual content summaries and streamlining content creation and communication management in a secure environment with privacy controls.
Users of Quadient AR customer account management and Quadient Inspire customer experience solutions will be the first to benefit from new generative AI capabilities, available in the coming months.
