(CercleFinance.com) – Quadient announces a new partnership to improve its accounts receivable (AR) automation offering with Altares, an enterprise data expert that designs decision-making and analytical solutions for the economic performance of private sector organizations and public.
Altares, a member of the Dun & Bradstreet international network, relies on a database of more than 500 million companies worldwide to facilitate decision-making for general and operational management.
By integrating Altares data into its customer account management solution, Quadient intends to further enrich its solution – which already relies on artificial intelligence and machine learning – in order to help financial teams anticipate possible delays in payment and to propose adapted recovery strategies.
