quality control is getting tougher

Home stretch for training organizations. At 1er January 2022, obtaining certification Qualiopi will be compulsory for all providers paid with public or pooled funds (employment center, regions, etc.).

The objective of this reform, introduced by the law “for the freedom to choose one’s professional future” of 2018, is to guarantee the quality of training through a single certification.

After the first level of Datadock referencing, this second stage aims to promote greater clarity of the training offer , defended Stéphane Rémy, deputy director of training policies and control at the general delegation for employment and vocational training (DGEFP), during a progress report organized by the consulting firm CFS + on the 24th June.

External audit

Before the implementation of this certification, a service provider had to complete an administrative file to enter the Datadock catalog, a common database set up by the approved joint collecting bodies (OPCA). From now on, organizations will have to pass an audit carried out by an external service provider to obtain the Qualiopi mark.

This quality benchmark is based on around thirty indicators, which include both the reception of the public with disabilities and the monitoring of the professional development of trainees, or the capacity of the organization to set up training adapted to each individual. profile. This is not a simple declaration process: the service provider must have implemented this organization for at least a few months to successfully pass his audit. For training organizations, it is therefore today that everything is played.

“We are on a paradigm shift”, argued Stéphane Rémy: whereas previously, it was up to the funding organizations to ensure the quality of the training provided, with Qualiopi, “These are the service providers who provide proof of compliance with this national standard vis-à-vis the funders”.

Year in and year out, training organizations get involved: according to data from the DGEFP stopped on June 15, on a little more than 30,000 training organizations declaring at least one euro of turnover achieved with public funds or pooled, 10,712 were certified and 9,331 committed to the certification process.
