A break always feels good. Queen Camilla really needed it. At the head of the royal family, while King Charles III was resting, she was able to regain some strength at the beginning of March, during a stay in Spain. She was able to relax and unwind in a Spanish finca, an agricultural estate. Spanish journalist Marisa Martin-Blazquez revealed on TV show TardeAR that Camilla flew out to enjoy the Spanish sun for a few days. According to the journalist, the queen came “hunt partridges” in a luxury finca, used by former King Juan Carlos and other members of the Spanish nobility and aristocracy in Ciudad Real, south of Madrid.
The location in question remains a mystery, but it is suspected to be the Duke of Westminster’s La Garganta estate. Hugh Grosvenor, seventh Duke of Westminster, is a close friend of Prince William and the godfather of Prince George. He is also one of the richest men in Britain. His immense Spanish estate has already welcomed William and his younger brother, Prince Harry. The two men were going there to hunt.
The Queen’s stay was nevertheless quite short, as she returned to the United Kingdom to resume her duties this Monday, March 11, during the Commonwealth service. For the event, Camilla and Prince William were joined by other members of the royal family such as Prince Edward and Duchess Sophie of Edinburgh, Princess Anne and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester. King Charles III and Princess Kate Middleton were absent due to their health. Rest was necessary.

King Charles III left a video message
King Charles III wanted to be present in his own way. He appeared in a video to share a message with the congregation, as he wanted to express his love for the Commonwealth nations. In his message he said: “Over the past few weeks, I have been very deeply touched by your wonderfully kind and thoughtful wishes for my health. In return, I can only continue to serve you, to the best of my ability throughout the Commonwealth.”
He ends by saying: “My confidence in our joint efforts and in the potential of our people remains as firm as ever. I am confident that we will continue to support each other across the Commonwealth.”
