Queen Rania has good news to share again. The 51-year-old announced via Twitter that her eldest son was engaged.

The celebration spirit in Jordan continues! Around six weeks after the engagement of Princess Iman bint Abdullah, 25, Queen Rania, 51, and King Abdullah II bin al-Hussein, 60, can now announce the engagement of their eldest son Prince Hussein, 28. The Queen published the good news via Twitter.

Queen Rania is overjoyed

“I didn’t think it was possible to carry so much joy in my heart,” Rania begins the post. She immediately explains the reason for her joy: “Congratulations to my eldest, Prince Hussein, and his beautiful wife-to-be Rajwa.” She writes her lines to a photo that shows the bride and groom in spe. The prince’s pretty partner is beaming all over her face, lovingly holding her future husband by the arm. Rania’s son Hussein also smiles happily.

The photo appears to be Rajwa and Hussein’s official engagement picture, with a large diamond ring sparkling on her right hand – on the matching finger.

Hof sends congratulations on the engagement

As with the engagement of his sister Iman, the Court also publishes the news of Prince Hussein’s engagement. “The Royal Hashemite Court is pleased to announce the engagement of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II to Ms. Rajwa Khaled bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al Saif and sends its sincere congratulations for this event.”

Added to the text are four photos showing the engagement of the two. The prince puts the ring on his beautiful fiancee, she beams into the camera, and the future in-laws, Queen Rania and King Abdullah, are also there.
