QuestGamesOptimizer: version v6.0.0 is available and improves your Quest even more

The 24ᵉ free update QuestGamesOptimizer is available and ready for the future. More advanced than ever it still improves the way you play and optimizes your games.

This new version brings many changes which should make users happy. Meta Quest Pro owners will finally be able to take advantage of the “ Local Dimming » or local dimming in French. Thanks to its matrix of backlit LEDs under its LCD panel, the flagship of Meta can boast of playing on the depth of blacks and thus offers a contrast that tickles OLED screens. This feature is currently only used natively on a small handful of games, but is already available in PC mode VR. QGO is therefore thumbing its nose at Meta by offering the Local Dimming system-wide, natively. The result is impressive, blacks are really blacker. No more that slight gray haze in black scenes or loading screens.

The other big novelty is the addition of the “Adaptive Refresh Rate” world exclusive once again. This process, which gives in French: Adaptive Refresh Rate. This method makes it possible to modulate the refresh rate of the helmet according to the scene and the resource demand for the helmet. The refresh rate is then no longer fixed, but adapts as needed. Thus, in some games, the headset can go from 72 to 78, then 84, even 101 Hz without moving a finger. This sometimes results in a less stressed battery or a more fluid game.

We would like to thank as usual the beta testers and contributors of this new version. As always, it’s a team effort. Thank you for your ideas for improvements and your various feedback.

As you can see, a premium extension is now available. Here are the developer’s words about it:

QGO is a job that takes up more and more space in my life and that requires a lot of my time. This is the 24th free update and many of you have been able to enjoy these many updates. The first 1000 users were able to obtain QGO during its first months of existence for the symbolic sum of $2. I want to continue to evolve QGO by always offering more game profiles, features and free updates to the application. We are at almost 470 optimized games and 16,000 profiles including yours!

But to viably ensure the continuity of the application development, I introduce “QuestGamesOptimizer Premium” which you can get for $2.99. They are an extension of the QGO application, unlocking exclusive but not essential features.

I also suggest a Patreon (crowdfunding platform) on which you can subscribe to support me and support the project. Anyone who has subscribed to the Patreon will join the list of contributors, will get the “QuestGamesOptimizer Premium” extension, and the different levels will unlock Goodies such as a QGO mug, a QGO T-Shirt, as well as my future QuestTimeOptimizer application.

Anagan79 recently offered a new method to activate ADB without wires or cableswhich makes handling even easier.

Don’t forget to join the facebook community and if you can rate the application on the page ofAnagan79 directly or leave a comment and talk about it around you. We hope you enjoy this new version and we can only advise you to support the developer on the networks or via his Patreon.
