Continuation of our series of quizzes dedicated to Malcolm and his crazy family. Make way for the second season with nine questions about the different adventures of its twenty-four episodes!
We may or may not like the humor of the Malcolm series, but if there is one characteristic that we cannot remove from this sitcom, it is its inventiveness and the richness of its scenarios. Indeed, during each episode, which are however only lasting about twenty minutes each, the writers have always managed to mix at least three or four parallel intrigues, each offering many gags and twists.
Not to mention the famous opening scenes, which, like the Simpsons and their mythical sofa offering a new gag at the start of each episode, also opened each new episode in an original and ingenious way.
Our first quiz (which you can play here) devoted to this series therefore gave us the opportunity to come back to some of the many comic situations of the first season. One of the questions also came back to one of these famous introductions, where the three boys, to honor the death of their frog Jumpy number 9, organized a funeral worthy of the name for him by sending him to the skies at using a homemade mini-rocket!
Another question was about the whole family being forced to stay in a trailer during Episode 5 “Family Changeover” as their house was invaded by a horde of cockroaches.
Finally another question came back to this episode in which Malcolm found himself invited to sleep with his friend Stevie. Malcolm finding the sleeping conditions too draconian, then organizes a night out without the knowledge of his friend’s parents. A getaway that was going perfectly, until Stevie had her wheelchair stolen.
These were just a few of the many comical situations encountered during the sixteen episodes of the first season. Here are nine new ones in this quiz dedicated this time to season 2. It’s up to you!
