Quiz Series: if you’re a real Malcolm fan, you’ll do more than 7/9!

Continuation of our series of quizzes devoted to one of the best sitcoms of the 2000s. We continue with nine questions relating to the twenty-two episodes of a third season still as crazy.

Each new episode of the Malcolm series is a treasure trove of inventiveness, with many parallel plots centered on the various members of the craziest family in America (with that of the Simpsons of course), offering a rich storyline rarely equaled on small screen.

Here are, for example, some situations that gave rise to questions in our previous quiz on the second season. The very first question returned to one of the most famous sequences of the series. It concerned the sixth episode entitled “The Congress” during which the three brothers embarked on a fierce struggle to try to seduce their new babysitter.

It was then that little Dewey took out his magic card with his “Poupipoupipou” dance, initially provoking the mockery of his two brothers, before they realized that this seduction operation seemed to soften the young girl.

Another question came back to the episode “Pile et Face” which had this time been able to mark the viewers with its formal originality. Indeed, this episode described two parallel realities, one where it was Lois who took the children to the bowling, the other where it was the father, Hal. A real feat that earned director Todd Holland and screenwriter Alex Reid several Emmy Awards.

We could also find other crazy situations in this quiz like Dewey befriending a fly, Hal finding himself lost in the middle of the desert with two of his children, or Malcolm having to dress up as a medieval jester for the medieval festival of his school.

It is therefore left for new comical situations and new questions relating this time to the episodes of the third season. Ready to achieve the Perfect?
