(Boursier.com) — Qwamplify wished to make a correction to the press release issued on January 31, 2023 on the 2022 annual results. The group explains that it has noted “a defect in the presentation of the consolidated balance sheet for its 2022 financial year, not affecting the income statement”.
Thus, the decrease in the consolidated balance sheet total of 869,537 euros leads to an amount of 65,739,781 euros after rectification.
In addition, the increase in the amount of own operating cash of 1,952,369 euros, goes from 5,286,524 euros to 7,238,893 euros, after reassignment of the customer accounts concerned.
Finally, the group management report has been amended accordingly. It now refers tocash net of financial debt of 2.6 ME instead of 0.6 ME.
