British actress Rachel Weisz, 53, beamed in a low-cut, strapless midnight blue evening dress with sparkling embellishments as she walked the pink carpet at the Canneseries International Festival on Saturday night. She combined black suede platform shoes with the robe, but Daniel Craig’s (55) wife did not wear any other accessories.
Her dark, slightly wavy hair was styled in a loose side parting. When it came to makeup, she went natural.

Rachel Weisz promoted her series Dead Ringers at the event in Cannes, southern France. The six-part miniseries is an adaptation of the 1988 psychological thriller of the same name by director David Cronenberg (80), in which Jeremy Irons (74) plays the leading role as a gynecologist who runs an infertility clinic. In the new series, the main role is female.
The actress revealed “Mail Online”that she was “obsessed” with the original film and that it was she who gave Amazon the idea of a remake. Amazon first announced the project in August 2020, with production beginning August 2021. Weisz stars as New York twins Elliot and Beverly Mantle, who share everything: drugs, lovers, and an irrepressible will to do whatever it takes to to push the boundaries of medical ethics. The series will be available on Amazon Prime Video from April 21.
