The commissioning of this section is scheduled for 2030: the fourth largest city in France will then be three hours from Paris, compared to four currently. In terms of procedures, the creation of the project company is planned before April 23, the date set by the mobility orientation law (LOM). In the meantime, elected environmentalists and around twenty environmental associations are standing up against the modernization of the Bordeaux-Toulouse axis and its financing plan.
