Rainhard Fendrich: Planned autumn tour postponed to next year

The current ban on major events also forces Rainhard Fendrich to his knees: his "heavy rain" tour will only take place in 2021.

Austro pop legend Rainhard Fendrich (65) has postponed his "heavy rain" tour planned for autumn 2020 by around a year. As the organizer announced, the current situation makes it impossible to hold the concerts. This is due to Covid-19 and the ban on events in Germany until at least the end of October. A concert in Switzerland will also be postponed, more information will follow shortly for the planned performance in Lustenau / Austria. The tickets remain valid.

It starts on October 28, 2021 with a concert in the Bayreuth Oberfrankenhalle. Stations followed, among others, in Augsburg, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Berlin and Ingolstadt. The end of the tour will then be celebrated on November 28, 2021 in the Sparkassen-Arena in Landshut. The corresponding album "Starkregen" reached a remarkable 17th place in the album charts in Germany. In his home country of Austria, Fendrich naturally climbed to 1st place with his work, as did thirteen of his albums before.
