The “Top Trending Video” from Germany comes from Kayla Shyx (21). Published at the beginning of June, the video entitled “What really happens at Rammstein Afterparties” was not only widely discussed and commented on, but also viewed more than six million times. Her colleague Rezo (31) also took up reports about and allegations against Lindemann in his own video, which took third place among the “Top Trending Videos”. The singer had denied all allegations. The Berlin public prosecutor’s office closed an investigation against Lindemann in the summer, as emerged, among other things, from a press release from the singer’s lawyers.

Meanwhile, in second place is “The Man in the Moon – Act 1 (Songs from the Bean)” by Julien Bam (35). Fourth place goes to superstar Rihanna’s complete halftime show at this year’s Super Bowl. In fifth place is a statement video by Fritz Meinecke (34) about the expulsion of animal filmmaker Andreas Kieling (64) from the survival format “7 vs. Wild”.

Following, among other things, “Private jets, yachts, caviar: How do the super-rich influence the climate?” from the radio channel Strg_F in sixth place and the first episode of the survival series “Arctic Warrior” by OttoBulletproof in eighth place. Views from Germany for videos uploaded this year were included in the evaluation – with the exception of trailers, music videos and videos for children.
