Besides Lionel Messi, another big name is saying farewell to Paris St. Germain this summer. Defender Sergio Ramos leaves the French soccer champions after the season. The Spaniard joined from Real Madrid two years ago, where he had become a legend.
Spain’s defensive icon Sergio Ramos is leaving Paris Saint-Germain after two years. This was announced by the French soccer champion during the night. Ramos came to PSG from Real Madrid in 2021, but after his great successes with Spain’s record champions, he was unable to ensure that the ambitious club from the French capital won the Champions League for the first time. After Lionel Messi, Ramos is the next superstar to leave Paris. The 35-year-old world champion from Argentina also worked for PSG for two years after leaving the financially ailing FC Barcelona.
