(CercleFinance.com) – Ramsay announces that its group turnover increased by 9.3% to reach 4.7 billion euros, for the financial year ended at the end of June 2023, supported by growth of activity in all regions and by recent acquisitions in the Nordic countries. Like-for-like revenue growth was 7.0%.
Group EBITDA decreased by 5.6% to €621.4 million, impacted by lower subsidies, high wage inflation and supply costs, combined with constraints related to to staff shortages.
Net income after tax group share amounted to 49.4 million euros, or 1.1% of turnover, down more than half compared to 118.4 million euros the previous year, due to the contraction in operating income and the increase in the cost of debt.
