Razer offers 240 Hz OLED for the screen of its Blade 15

Razer has just unveiled a new version of its Blade 15, this time with a rather special screen and even quite extraordinary in terms of characteristics for this type of product. Explanations

The new Blade 15 is surprising, especially thanks to its screen, which, let’s say right away, an OLED QHD 240Hz (2560 × 1440) model. Obviously to do well we also have an ultra-fast response time of 1 ms. This new OLED display can reach a brightness of 400 nits and includes up to 100% DCI-P3 colors. Razer promises a crisp, clear image for gaming as well as photo and video editing. In short, a good screen for any use.

A beefy configuration for this new Razer

Clearly Razer has gone for power with a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900H processor and an NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti graphics card. To accompany the whole 32 GB of DDR5 RAM and a 1 TB SSD, with an additional M.2 slot, to benefit from more space.

No big changes for the rest

Design side no big changes compared to the old model, indeed as for the rest of the Blade range, it also has the famous CNC milled aluminum chassis. For connectivity you can count on Thunderbolt 4, USB-C, USB-A, SD card reader and HDM portI. Note also that it is Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 compatible. The Blade 15 OLED 240Hz will be available from the 4th half of 2022 on Razer.com and other retailers.

Several versions will be available at prices ranging from 2499 euros to 3999 euros. Suffice to say that it will be necessary to have a beautiful wallet.
