Rea Garvey: Concerts in Austria are postponed

The spread of the corona virus and the accompanying ban on large events now also affect Rea Garvey (46, "Oh My Love") and his band. As the Irishman announced on Instagram on Tuesday, his four upcoming concerts in Austria will not take place as planned. "The tour was sold out and we were really into it, but unfortunately it is like this," the musician shows clearly in a video clip.

He further addressed the fans: "We are not a football game. We need you to make it massive. Without you, it is no fun." Garvey still holds a ray of hope for his followers. The concerts in Innsbruck, Linz, Vienna and Graz are only postponed, not canceled. According to the announcement, which can also be found on his Instagram page, the gigs will take place in late May instead of late March and early April.
