In Groß-Enzersdorf on Saturday around 2.30 p.m. a jet-black plume of smoke rose into the sky. Even from a distance one could see a barn on fire. Recordings show: One of our “Krone” reading reporters was live on site.
It is not yet known why the barn caught fire. Around 2.30 p.m., the members of the Raasdorf fire brigade were alerted to the large-scale operation. The video – see above – shows that when the three emergency vehicles arrived, the barn was already on fire.
