Spaghetti ice cream dessert: The lightning recipe is so easy

Unfortunately, spaghetti ice cream to take home is wishful thinking for most people. Whether it’s a missing ice cream machine or a lack of time: the classic from the ice cream parlor requires equipment and patience. Not so with the spaghetti ice cream dessert. Here the heavenly taste of the ice cream is created in a very short time.

Recipe: You will need these ingredients

  • 250g mascarpone
  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • 170 g powdered sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 grams of cream
  • 300g frozen strawberries
  • white chocolate or couverture

Preparation: How it works!

  1. Put the mascarpone in a bowl together with the quark, 150 g of the icing sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice and mix with a whisk or hand mixer until creamy.
  2. Whip the cream and stir into the cream. Pour the cream into a bowl or divide between six small glasses.
  3. Place the frozen strawberries in a blender along with the remaining powdered sugar and lemon juice and puree. Pour the puree over the mascarpone cream.
  4. Grate the white chocolate and sprinkle over the spaghetti ice cream dessert.
