The real estate company signs, by far, the largest drop of all the values of the CAC 40 with losses which reach 6.88% to €49.80 30 minutes from the closing of the Parisian market.
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is essentially suffering from a lowering of its recommendation by analysts at the American bank Goldman Sachs. The latter notably lowered their price target from €68 to €61 per share and they now recommend selling the stock.
Even if the analysts’ objective remains higher than the current share price, the downward review has a heavy impact on the title, which is undergoing significant releases.
In its wake, all property companies listed in Paris are impacted, such as Gecina, which fell 3.85% to 94.9 euros, Klepierre (-6.18%) and Covivio (-4.90%) .
