Saint-Herblain, December 7, 2022, 5:45 p.m. The territorial development group REALITES is going to join forces with the Banque des Territoires with a view to making an investment of €112 million in the Bauer real estate project.
This project provides for the creation of two joint ventures linking the Banque des Territoires and the REALITES group, the first relating to the total acquisition of the Bauer stadium with a view to its renovation, the second to the acquisition of the shops and offices of the Bauer Box.
This investment of €112 million is a record amount in the history of REALITES.
