(CercleFinance.com) – Realites announces that it has concluded two sales in
block as part of the major urban renovation project for the Bauer stadium, in Saint-Ouen (93), with ‘two renowned institutional investors’ for a total amount of nearly 78 million euros.
The first operation concerns the co-living space of the ‘Bauer Box’ – the Bauer Box being a 30,000m2 real estate project associated with the renovation and extension program of the Red Star stadium ‘open to the city and its inhabitants’ .
Signed without suspensive conditions with a fund managed by Ares Management (Ares), the reservation contract provides for a reiteration during the first half of 2023.
The Bauer Box coliving will be operated by NOMO, an accommodation offer dedicated to young workers and business nomads which is being deployed in major cities in France. It will consist of 334 rooms fitted out over an area of 12,900 m², a rooftop bar, an ‘ambitious’ sports and coworking space open to the district.
The second block sale was recorded with the management company La Française Real Estate Managers (REM), acting on behalf of a collective real estate fund.
It concerns the health center, with an area of 1,937 m², including a 101 m² health shop at the foot of the building and 15 parking spaces, including 4 equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles.
The operation of the health center, made up of a multidisciplinary medical center and a sports-health center (physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports medicine, etc.) will be entrusted to Vista Santé, the REALITES group’s trademark, in under a firm 12-year lease.
