(CercleFinance.com) – Realites announces that in view of the “exceptional market context and urging caution”, its board of directors has decided not to propose for the 2022 financial year, the distribution of dividends to the General meeting of shareholders to be held on June 29, 2023.
‘This decision aims to preserve the company’s level of cash and maintain its ambitious development policy’, indicates the group.
On the other hand, the Board decided today to proceed with a free allocation of shares for the benefit of all of the company’s shareholders.
To do this, Realites will carry out a capital increase by incorporating reserves with the issue of 435,454 new shares. They will be allocated free of charge to shareholders, on the basis of one new share for 10 shares held.
Following this operation, the capital of the company will amount to 31,278,654.29E and will consist of 4,789,993 shares with a par value of 6.53E each.
