The territorial development group Réalités will join forces with the Banque des Territoires with a view to making an investment of 112 million euros in the Bauer real estate project. This project provides for the creation of two joint ventures linking the Banque des Territoires and the Réalités group, the first relating to the total acquisition of the Bauer stadium with a view to its renovation, the second to the acquisition of the shops and offices of the Bauer Box.
This investment of 112 ME constitutes a record amount in the history of Réalités.
