This innovative technology, already seen on devices like the Google Pixel 6 Pro or the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, makes it possible to vary the refresh rate from 1 Hz to 120 Hz, and thus achieve energy savings. While it was previously intended for the most high-end devices, it should be democratized in 2022.

The screen in question should be readable even in direct sunlight since the brand announces a light peak of up to 1000 nits – a data that will have to be checked in the lab. The facade will be protected with Gorilla Glass Victus, which is great news. A fingerprint reader under the screen will also be in the game.

Under the hood, it is the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 coupled with 8 or 12 GB of RAM that will animate the whole. This GT 2 Pro therefore joins the list of mobiles equipped with the most high-end SoC from Qualcomm. It should be possible to choose between 128, 256 or 512 GB of storage. A version of 1 TB could even be marketed. We should therefore not encounter any problem for intense multitasking and video games.

For the photo, the owner will be entitled to a triple back sensor consisting of a wide-angle, an ultra-wide angle of 50 Mpx (similar to those of the Oppo Find X3 Pro) and a depth sensor of 2 Mpx.
