After smartphones, headphones, laptops… here are Realme televisions.
For MWC 2022, Realme unveiled new smartphones, headphones and a laptop. There were also two TVs for the European market.
Low prices, small technical sheets
Realme is rather in front of Xiaomi here, so forget the latest Neo QLED TV or OLED. It’s IPS LCD, certainly not Full LED.
The first television is in Full HD definition, it is only 32 inches diagonally and it is equipped with Android TV. Realme highlights its MediaTek processor, four 24 Watt speakers for stereo sound and a Chroma Boost image mode.
In short, what should be remembered here is its price: only 249.99 euros. It’s a very small price.
The second TV is larger, 50 inches, which comes close to the reference size of 55 inches. It is an IPS LCD screen in 4K definition with Dolby Vision support. The audio part is also more worked with Dolby Atmos.
Realme specifies on this model that it is the latest version of Android TV (certainly Android 12) which is installed… but the Chinese manufacturer does not speak of Google TV, the OS which nevertheless supplants Android TV.
The price is also its main asset, since the Realme Smart TV 4K is sold at 499.99 euros. The good news to remember is the availability in France, but do not expect incredible performance.
