All products are being recalled due to Listeria. These are rod-shaped bacteria that can cause diarrhea. Listeria can be dangerous, especially for immunocompromised people or pregnant women. The bacterium can spread to the unborn child unnoticed, which is why pregnant women should inform a doctor if they consume the products without symptoms.

Both the Brie and the sausage varieties are said to have already been taken off the market. Those who already have the cold cuts in the house can return them to the relevant branch and receive their purchase price reimbursed.
