This is how you make blueberry yogurt popsicles
You need:
- 500g Greek yogurt
- 250g frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 8 frozen ice molds
- Ice lolly wooden sticks
Step by step to sweet enjoyment
- Process blueberries into a fine puree in the food processor
- Mix the yogurt with honey
- Alternately fill ice cream molds with yogurt and blueberry puree to create a pattern
- Place filled molds in the freezer for an hour
- Take out the ice cream, stick a wooden stick in each shape, and put it back in the freezer
- Freeze ice for several hours until it sets.
