An overview of the recipe

You need:

  • 200 g chicken or turkey meat
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g corn flakes
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • 30 g of flour
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 30 g butter

Here's how it works:

1. Cut the meat into pieces that are not too small.

2. Beat the egg until frothy.

3. Mix flour and paprika powder in a bowl.

4. Coarsely crush the cornflakes and add the breadcrumbs.

5. Adjust the four bowls: the meat, the flour and paprika mixture, the whisked egg and the breading.

6. Dip the pieces of meat first in flour, then in egg and finally in the crispy breading.

7. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the nuggets on each side until golden brown.

Checks whether the meat is through! The inside must be completely "white", a pink color indicates that the roasting time is too short.
