In Mariazellerland, the emergency services had their hands full on Monday: a moped driver was hit by a car and seriously injured, a motorcyclist hit another biker and another motorcyclist fell without third-party involvement.

The series of accidents began around 10 a.m.: A 63-year-old motorcyclist from the Leoben district fell on Hochschwabstrasse for reasons that have not yet been clarified and sustained injuries to his shoulder and chest. The man was taken to the LKH Bruck after emergency medical care.
