Very desperate following this announcement, here is that the starred firm has decided to allow the latter to transfer all of its progress somewhere else !

It is in January 2023 that Google Stadia services will shut down once and for all, leaving behind a few thousand orphan players. Following the announcement that took place recently, the Red Dead Redemption 2 player and YouTuber by the name of Color announced that he would lose all his progress with no less than 6000 hours of play all the same, because by reading in the short lines of the Google FAQ, he had then realized that the saves of the games not supporting cross-progression would simply disappear.
To give you a better idea, 6000 hours of play represents no less than 250 days and that meant that he could never again have access to his game and all that he was able to accomplish during those long days through the western lands. Nevertheless, it was desperate that he tried to contact Rockstar Games support, asking then whether or not it was possible to transfer his data on another platform…
And when he no longer believed in it, he has just announced some great news on the social network Twitter!

Yes, here is some great news to end this week of October. While the odds were just slim, here is that Color announced on social networks that the starred firm had contacted him to help him.
Indeed, as we can see, the studio offered our Red Dead Redemption 2 player to transfer all their progress to the platform of their choicewhich is incredibly nice when you see how complicated it can be to get any response from them.
And since good news never comes alone, if Color will be able to transfer its game elsewhere, this concerns absolutely all players who had played the title through Google Stadia services.
