Reese Witherspoon: She talks about her arrest seven years ago

Actress Reese Witherspoon (44) stands by past mistakes. In a new podcast episode of BBC presenter Jameela Jamil (34), she talks about her arrest in April 2013.

At that time, she and husband Jim Toth, 50, were arrested by the police on suspicion that Toth was driving drunk. In Witherspoon's case, it was because of "improper behavior" after she left her car contrary to the instructions of a police officer. "It was so embarrassing and stupid," she says today. "But you know what (…) I make stupid decisions. I make good decisions. I am only human," continued the US star.

Her arrest went well, by the way: she only had to pay $ 213. Her husband had to do 40 social hours due to drunk driving.

Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth have been married since 2011. Together they have son Tennessee (7). Witherspoon also has daughter Ava (20) and son Deacon (16) from their marriage (1999-2007) to Ryan Phillippe (45).
