Reese Witherspoon: She wants to thank teachers with clothes

Actress Reese Witherspoon (44, "Big Little Lies") would like to thank the teachers in a special way, who in Corona times have to accomplish a big task and have to teach their students from home. The actress therefore donates 250 dresses from her lifestyle brand Draper James. That reports among other things "The Hollywood Reporter".

"The past few weeks have shown me so much humanity. I am an optimist and always see only the good things. I was amazed at how you supported each other, especially the teachers," Witherspoon explains in one of the Hollywood Reporter reports Statement. They would constantly think about new technologies and platforms and continue their training to get in touch with the children. "Standing up for the children of this world is no easy task. I wanted to show the teachers a little bit of love," said Witherspoon.

According to the company's contact form, teachers can register until this Sunday and will receive further information on how to get a dress next week. Draper James is also offering a 25 percent discount on May 5. Then the National Teachers' Day is celebrated in the United States.
