Reflector Entertainment is a studio founded by Alexandre Amancio, director ofAssassin’s Creed Revelations and Unity. He revealed during the gamescom 2020 Unknown 9: Awakeningan ambitious cross-media project featuring a third-person narrative action-adventure game.
An impressive title that caught the eye of bandai namcowho will be editor ofUnknown 9: Awakening and who went so far as to buy the studio. To do what ? Well, to develop games, of course! bandai namco announce today that Reflector Entertainment will develop a game from one of its already known licenses, leaving a lot of choices : Pac man, Ridge Racer, Time Crisis, tekken, SoulCalibur, Dark Souls, Ace Combat, Tales of, Little Nightmaresthere’s plenty to choose from, although it’s best to expect a third-person action-adventure title like the Assassin’s Creed and Unknown 9: Awakening.
Marc Andre Séguin becomes general manager of Reflector Entertainment and will be responsible for the team in charge of the studio’s strategic vision. Christophe Rossignol becomes creative director and Emilie Constantineau is now director of the talent and culture department. The studio is also recruitingincluding Chief Technology Officer, Executive Producer, Level Artist, Tools Programmer, Artist VFX and a technical artist. Herve Hoerdt, CEO from the studio, says:
It is an organic evolution planned upstream for Reflector Entertainment which has established itself as a major asset within the group. Reflector is part of the Bandai Namco Europe family because we have a common vision for entertainment and the future of the industry.
