Refugees in criticism – devastated apartments: “Something is rotten here!”

The series of destruction of apartments in Tyrol by refugees – which “Krone” reported – now calls not only the Freedom Party, but also many other people affected as well as “Tiroler Krone” readers and users to the scene. They all criticize the approach, some of them massive.

There are other Tyroleans whose apartments were destroyed by refugees and who are stuck with the horrendous renovation costs. This once again causes reactions. On the one hand, the Liberals speak out. “With this series of destruction of apartments for asylum seekers, the question arises as to why the state of Tyrol has apparently been standing by and doing nothing for years. While hundreds of Tyrolean families are waiting for affordable housing, asylum seekers who are unable to work are given all-round care in apartments, which they then trash with gratitude. Something is rotten here in the state of Tyrol,” FP state party chairman Markus Abwerzger is convinced. Appeal to Tyrolean landlords He could only appeal to the landlords “in their own interest to give Tyrolean families preference over asylum vandals – unless you appreciate such conditions in the own living space”. In principle, the state of Tyrol has no place for “asylum vandals”: “All those who vandalize an apartment and flee in this country should be deported. Therefore: a one-way ticket home instead of the next destroyed Tyrolean apartment.” On the other hand, many “Krone” readers and users continue to report. “Our country has money for everything, just not for the hard-working locals. They are ripped off and squeezed with taxes like a lemon,” it says, among other things. A reader, on the other hand, turns to the politicians: “Please finally do something about it.”
