To obtain your e-license, you will need to have your restricted information statement (RIR), the administrative document which certifies your right to drive, on the My permit points platform, using your license number. It will then suffice to scan the QR code present on this document to have the dematerialized version of your license. A second solution to obtain the precious sesame on your smartphone will be available later this year.
