Reims: a teenager suspected of an odious and not very discreet gesture against his 3-year-old little sister

The gesture goes beyond understanding. In Reims, a 16-year-old boy is suspected of having deliberately kicked his 3-year-old sister out of the window from the second floor of their building. According to our colleagues from TF1info, the emergency services intervened around 5 p.m. on Monday May 29 after the fall of a 3-year-old girl from the second floor of a residence located at 412 avenue de Laon, in Reims. Supported by firefighters and SAMU, the little girl was hospitalized in serious condition.

At the same time, the authorities were mobilized avenue de Laon. The suspicions of the investigators quickly turned on the older brother of the victim, a 16-year-old teenager who was with her at the time of her fall. “This young man was taken into custody. Still according to Matthieu Bourrette, the medical results of the 3-year-old girl would be “rather reassuring”. It is not known if his vital prognosis is engaged or not.

An investigation for attempted murder of a minor under the age of 15 has been opened. It should be noted that a minor over the age of 16 who has committed an attempted homicide can be prosecuted and sentenced to a prison term of up to 30 years.
