Rémy Cointreau: capital reduction by cancellation of treasury shares – 01/13/2022 at 5:55 pm


(AOF) – Rémy Cointreau has decided to reduce its share capital by canceling 750,000 treasury shares (i.e. 1.45% of the capital). An operation which was announced on December 9 in a press release relating to the end of the share buyback program.

It had previously noted the completion of a capital increase of 20,473 shares as part of the early conversion of a new tranche of the OCEANE bond.

Consequently, the number of shares making up the share capital of Rémy Cointreau now amounts to 81,793,372.80 euros, divided into 51,120,858 shares with a nominal value of 1.60 euros.

Rémy Cointreau now holds 398,763 of its own shares (including 396,701 securities enabling it to meet the obligations arising from free share allocation programs and 2,062 resource securities appearing in the liquidity account at 31 December 2021), i.e. 0. 78% of the share capital after reduction.

This decision does not affect the execution of the liquidity contract entered into by the company.
