(CercleFinance.com) – Rémy Cointreau announces that its board of directors has decided to propose to the general meeting of July 21, the appointment of Alain Li as independent director, replacing Marc Hériard Dubreuil, for a duration of three years.

The Board will also submit to the shareholders of the wine and spirits group the renewal of the directorships of Hélène Dubrule, Olivier Jolivet, Marie-Amélie de Leusse and the company ORPAR for a period of three years.

Furthermore, as part of the succession plan prepared a long time ago, it decided to appoint Marie-Amélie de Leusse as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Caroline Bois as Vice-Chairman and Jérôme Bosc as censor.
