(CercleFinance.com) – The French spirits group Rémy Cointreau announced on Monday the launch of its first international employee shareholding plan.
Following the success of the plan reserved for French employees in 2021, in which the majority of employees participated, the company says it has decided to take a new step by deploying it within its foreign subsidiaries.
The operation, which will take the form of a capital increase, must be the subject of an envelope whose amount will not exceed 40,000 shares, or 0.07% of the capital.
Under the terms of the program, eligible employees will be able to subscribe between September 12 and 30, for settlement-delivery of the shares scheduled for October 27 at the latest.
The offer made to employees will allow them to subscribe at a reference price discounted by 20%, on the basis of a matching contribution equivalent to their personal contribution within the limit of 400 euros gross.
